Comfort 4 a Cause
Our guild works closely with Comfort 4 a Cause to provide quilts to those in need in our area. Help give back to those less fortunate by joining other members of the community to sew on the first and last Thursday of the month (April thru Nov.) at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 5601 Washington Rd, Kenosha from 10:00am until 2:00pm. The quilts made during these sessions are given to local schools, area police and fire departments, homeless families, veterans and seniors; sometimes they are able to be part of disaster relief outside of the local community. Fabric donations and basic sewing supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine and tools.

Craft Fairs
Each guild member is asked to contribute a handmade quilted item or an item made of fabric that can be sold at the Guild's booth at any of the fall/winter craft fairs in which we participate. Members unable to contribute an item to sell are asked to make a $25 contribution to the Guild. Members are also needed to man the booths at these craft fairs. Money raised at the craft fairs helps to offset the cost of our annual quilt show at the Kenosha Public Museum and also helps to pay for our monthly speakers. For a list of craft fairs in which we are participating, please visit our Craft Fairs page.
